Dinah Consuegra
Chief of Staff and Learning, Kapor Foundation
Dinah Consuegra (she/her/ella) is the Chief of Staff and Learning at the Kapor Foundation. She leads organizational learning and culture, as well as a variety of other special projects. A native Chicagoan, proudly born to immigrant parents, Dinah has been focused on the freedom and justice of Black and Brown communities in her more than 25 year career. She has served in various senior leadership capacities for districts, schools and nonprofits. She has spent the first half of her career in education working directly with Black and Brown youth as a teacher, administrator, Principal, and district leader. She has continued to broaden her impact by doing work outside of education spaces, specifically national and international organizational change, executive coaching and DEIB work. Outside of her passion for leaving behind a legacy of liberation, Dinah delights in listening to Latino trap, travel, being a mom, DIY, and urban farming at her Oakland home.
