Lacey Robinson

As President and CEO of UnboundEd, Lacey Robinson sets the organization’s vision for transforming instruction for students at the margins as she carries the pride and tears of her enslaved ancestors and the native sons and daughters. Robinson is responsible for overseeing UnboundEd’s health, sustainability, and future-driven vision for what engaging, affirming and meaningful and teaching and learning can be, and has led the recent nonprofit merger between Unbounded, Pivot Learning and CORE Learning. As a leading national voice on disrupting the predictability of students’ educational outcomes, Robinson frequently serves as a keynote speaker and is featured on Emily Hanford’s “Sold a Story” podcast. In partnership with the UnboundEd team, Robinson is the author of Justice Seekers: Pursuing Equity in the Details of Teaching and Learning (forthcoming, summer 2023). Previously, Robinson was UnboundEd’s Chief Program Officer, where she built and launched standards-aligned, content-focused, equity-driven adult professional learning serving 35+ states across the country through UnboundEd’s signature program, the Standards Institute. Robinson’s contributions led to the rapid growth of the organization and positioned UnboundEd as a sector leader.
