Discover, Preserve and Publish your Family Legacy!

How well do you know yourself? How does that connect to your understanding of your family and your family legacy? Have you ever wanted to share that story with your immediate family and the world, possibly even publish a book?

Join Analiza Quiroz Wolf, EdLoC Member, Filipina American, and author of Asian Americans Who Inspire Us (named to the Gold House 2021 Book List), Native Americans Who Inspire Us, and Balikbayan: A Filipino Homecoming. Analiza set out on a journey of self-discovery to learn about her ancestry, navigate generational trauma, and cultivate healing by sharing her family’s stories. She will share the details of this healing process and how this shaped her today as an education leader, daughter, and mother.

What you will take away from this webinar:

A self-discovery process that you can adapt for yourself; ways to heal through creativity including genealogy, paper and digital scrapbooks, video interviews, and publishing a book; insights into the process of publishing your stories and your family stories ; and how this discovery of your family legacy can lead to a better understanding of yourself and the people you love.
