Reginald McGregor

Reginald McGregor has over 20 years of experience in engineering and operations in the defense and aerospace industry. He has a rewarding career pursuing his passion of serving and advocating at the intersection of education and industry engagement. He currently serves as Vice President, Government Relations at Rolls-Royce North America. Prior to his current VP role, he was the Global Defense Diversity & Inclusion Manager; Engineering Development Manager where he managed the college to career engineering pipeline & STEM Outreach for North America and held several engineering roles in the Defense business. Reginald served on the Lawrence Township School Board, 9th largest in Indiana with over 16,000 students on the northeast side of Indianapolis. He served 8 years ending in 2022 and was president for 5 years. In 2006, McGregor was a recipient of the Black Engineer of the Year (BEYA) Award. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. In 2019, he was appointed by the US Department of Education Secretary to serve on the National Assessment Governing Board (NAGB) which oversees and sets policy for NAEP (the National Assessment of Educational Progress). NAEP is often referred to as the Nation’s Report Card. Reginald serves on other local and national boards:
