Vinice Davis
Venture Partner, Imaginable Futures

Vinice is a Venture Partner at Imaginable Futures, a global philanthropic investment firm where she leads the U.S. team, focused on equitable strategies to further early childhood education and the postsecondary success of adult learners. Before joining Imaginable Futures, Vinice served as the Chief Operating Officer at Purpose Built Schools Atlanta, a partnership with Atlanta Public Schools designed to turn around several of the city’s lowest-performing schools. In previous roles, Vinice was Vice President of Improvement Services for AdvancED (now Cognia) where she led the systematic evaluation of low-performing schools in the U.S. and designed the principal capacity assessment tool. At KIPP Atlanta, Vinice served as the Managing Director of Operations and led the implementation of talent management and school operations for more than five years. Earlier in her career, Vinice supported the opening of charter schools at the New York City Charter Center. Vinice received her Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University. In 2021, she was part of the inaugural cohort of Management Leadership for Tomorrow's Senior Executive Leadership Fellowship. Vinice also serves on the boards of All Our Kin, AI for Equity, and TNTP.
